Century Inn
With a humble frontier beginning in 1794, through two centuries of generous hospitality, the noble Century Inn has welcomed both stagecoach and modern-day visitors with fi ne dining and comfortable lodging. As the oldest continuously operating inn on the National Road, Century Inn has hosted many famous visitors including Andrew Jackson, the Marquis de LaFayette, Henry Clay, James K. Beck-Ringland Tavern & Scenery Hill Brewing
A brewery and tavern offers a nano brewery and small plate, locally sourced, eatery and also features an outdoor beer garden and stage. They host weekly music and feature vagabond chefs and local foodies and seasonal special events. The BRT was built in 1827 by James Beck and was a stagecoach stop/tavern/inn for the majority of its existence and was a home and antique shop later in its life, now to become a community gathering place.
